McCoy pottery Large Aqua Basket Weave Planter with Attached Saucer

Description

GAR-26 Vintage McCoy Pottery basket weave planter with built in saucer in aqua color.  Larger size 5-3/4" H x 6-1/4" W.  The base of the planter measures 5-1/2" W and the saucer lip is 1-1/2" H.  This planter is sold as is.  It has been stored in the garage for many years and should be washed before use.
CONDITION: There is crazing in the glaze throughout the planter and a small chip in the middle of the planter on one of the sides.  There are the typical McCoy clay Pops & Flubs throughout the planter design and a large clay pop and split that is located on the saucer edge on the underside f the planter.  There are glaze pops and a tiny glaze chip along the planters rim. There is light staining patches in the glaze on the interior and on the underside of the planter as documented in the listing photos. There is also light hazing in the glaze around the saucer exterior, lip and interior with mineral deposits on the interior. Some tiny white paint spatters are on the outside glaze too.
